Be very careful. I know for a fact that this Motel has had bed bugs for at least 5 years now. Just because I Room appears clean does not mean these bugs will not still come out at night time. They will make you miserable not to mention follow you home and ruin your house and everything in it. When you tell the staff here that you find the bed bugs in your room all they want to do is go upstairs and claimed not to see them or have had any problems with them. Doesn't matter if you trap one to show them or not they don't show any empathy for the problem. I haven't stayed there on my own and years but as a secret shopper I can tell you for a fact yes Cole's Motel has bed bugs
